Out of Network

For patients who have insurance plans that we are not in-network with, private rates are:
$500 for a one-hour intake
$250 for a 20-30 minute follow-up.

Upon request, we will provide you with a superbill, which contains all the necessary details for you to submit to your insurance provider.
